Sweet Chili Pickle

Green Chili    1kg (cut if required)

Mustard oil    100gm

Ginger           50 gm (grounded)

Methre          10-15

Salt               100gm

Imli                50gm (raw)

Gur               100gm (grounded)

Vinegar         just sufficient to soak imli in vinegar

Jeera sabat    15-20

 

Soak imli in vinegar and keep aside

Warm oil in a pan and add Methre, wait till they turn red, add Jeera

Add grounded Ginger.

Add Chilies

Keep stirring

When see chilies change color to white add salt and stir

Add mashed imli with vinegar

Wait ~5 minutes and add grounded gur

When gur dissolves, remove the pan from burner and keep aside to cool down.

Chili Pickle is ready.
